THE RECEPTION
You are warmly invited for a drink on the Monday of your arrival , at 11a.m. in the lounge.
Your expected arrival time is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and your residence should be
vacated by 10a.m.
Your keys will be given to you on your arrival, and any lost keys will be charged for, -15euros.
You will find all the information about the residence and about the region and also thines of first necessity (post-cards, souvenirs, mail services etc...).

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT CHEQUE (in case of damage)
It will be given back to you at the end of your stay.

CANCELLING CONDITIONS
More than 45 days before thedate of your holiday, - 5%
Between 2l and 44 days before the date of your holiday, -25%
Between 8 and 20 days before the date of your holiday; - 50%
Between 2 and 7 days before the date of your holiday, -75%
Less than 2 days before the date of your holiday, -l00%.

INSPECTION OF PREMISES AND EQUIPMENT
You must check the premises on your arrival. When you leave, an inspection will be done in your presence.
You must wam the reception about any problems in your residence within the first 2 hours of your arrival.
Blankets and sheets are included in the letting, but not bathroom linen. Beds will be made up for your arrival.
Babies cots and linen, plastic baths and high-chairs should be asked for , a few days before your arrival.
The maintenance of your residence should be done by you -floor, bathroom, toilets, washing-up. The sheets and blankets should be folded and placed on the beds.
If you wish to leave before the reception opens, your guarantee deposit cheque will be sent
on to you afterwards

CLEANING SERVICES
Warn the reception 48 hours before your departure. The cost of this cleaning will be added to your bill - for 2 rooms 45 euros (not including washing-up). For 3 rooms 55 euros (not including washing-up).
Loan of bathroom linen- 1 bath towel+ I small towel : 5 euros (thev can be chaneed once a week).
The replacement of missing, damaged or broken objects will be added to your bill. We kindly ask you not to replace these things yourself.

IMPORTANT
For security reasons and insurance, we will not accept more than the stipulated number of people for each type of residence.
